LO Sister Conference is a non-refundable conference. However, many people have had luck reselling their ticket on social media or have gifted it to a friend! If you find someone to take your ticket, all we need is their name and email and we are happy to help transfer it to them! Please email conference@liveoriginal.com for support on this issue.

You are welcome to bring your infant to conference. We would like to note that we are unable to provide childcare or private breastfeeding areas at our venue. If you decide to bring your baby along, we advise purchasing earphones that fit your infant as the band may be too loud for little ears.

The bag policy allows clear bags of any size. Medical bags and other necessary bags are permitted but will be subject to inspection.

Yes, our conference is wheelchair accessible! Once you purchase your ticket, shoot us an email and we will make note to have you and whatever guest you bring along with you will be seated in our wheelchair accessible section on the floor. You can reach out to us at conference@liveoriginal.com.

Snacks and water bottles will not be allowed in the Civic Center. We will have concessions open and during the break times there will be many great food trucks to choose from!

Monroe’s (MLU) airport is about 15 minutes from our venue, so that will be the best option. MLU airport offers rental car services so you would be able to pick up / drop off upon your arrival and departure. If you choose to fly in for the weekend, we recommend booking transportation soon as flights book up quickly.
